Pathway Home is our Homelessness Prevention Program. We work with families and individuals that are facing a housing crisis and need some support to navigate their options. We provide counseling and other services to prevent families and individuals from being evicted, losing their homes, or becoming homeless. Working closely with partners like Volunteers of America and the Kentucky Housing Department to connect people with available resources.
Our Pathway Home mentors are volunteers who work with them to plan a more financially secure future. Services include housing search and placement, and housing stabilization services such as case management, budgeting/money management, assistance with accessing public benefits, and financial assistance.
Mark 12 receives referrals from a variety of sources. We work closely with Family Resource Coordinators in the Bullitt County School System. The Multi-Purpose Community Action Agency, Department of Public Advocacy, and Seven Counties Services rely on us and churches include us in their benevolence ministries.
